Collection of Nâbî's letters, petitions, and other correspondence to various dignitaries. It was compiled after Nâbî's death by Abdürrahim Çelebi by order of Şehid Ali Paşa.

Glazed light-cream laid paper. Paper color partially darkened due to humidity. Front board torn, back board dark brown leather. Rosette in middle, ronaments around edges.
According to the colophon (f. 148r), copy completed on 1 Muḥarram 1176 AH [July 23, 1762 AD].
Written in naskh script, in one column, 17 lines per page, in black with letter headings in red. Ornamental red dots within text. Catchwords. Poems and extra-letters in margins.
